Ezion-Geber aims to provide quality products and services to its clients on time and within budget. We operate a Quality Management System that has gained ISO 9001:2015 certification. We are committed to continually improving our Quality Management System in order to ensure that client needs and expectations are determined and fulfilled with the aim of achieving client satisfaction. Employ highly qualified and competent personnel and provide them with adequate training and capacity development, as well as maintaining a working environment recognized by our core values. We maintain and improve knowledge management systems to ensure that we learn from each other and the industry. We constantly survey and measure relevant Key Performance Indicators for both operational and strategic goals, and act upon the results.
The health and safety concerns of our employees, contractors and community have become the core of our operational priorities. The main goal of our health and safety protocol is to have zero injuries and accidents. Therefore we are committed to preventing accidents, environmental damages and personnel injuries by creating and maintaining a safe working environment. We work to continually identify and eliminate any foreseeable hazards and minimize the probability of incidents resulting in personal injuries, illnesses, damage to property, and the environment. Our incident and injury free strategy is built around a multi-layered learning and development programme, embedded employee well-being culture, and focusing on building a sustainable business for the future. All our health and safety policies are reviewed periodically to monitor effectiveness and to ensure the process of continual improvement is maintained.
We have a responsibility to protect the environment in which we operate. Therefore, we are fully committed to continuous improvement of our environment and minimizing the direct impact of our operations with special focus on energy use, waste generation, transport and emissions to air and water. We continually strive to conduct periodic environmental assessment to identify specific areas where we can minimize our impact and other potential environmental impacts that may occur based upon location and the nature of our operation. We align our operational processes and procedures with environmental standards in order to meet or exceed all relevant legislative requirements. We encourage our employees, partners and clients on active involvement and dedication to environmental action. We also minimize waste and promote recycling in our day to day activities.

Ezion-Geber Energy Limited is fully aware of the provisions of the NOGICD Act 2010 for the development of Nigerian content as the quantum of composite value added to, or created in, the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry through a deliberate utilization of Nigerian human, material resources and services that translates to an improved economy. We have always complied with the NOGICD Act in delivery of project and also maintained an effective Nigerian content plan with successful implementation. Our aim is to achieve and maintain 100% Nigerian content target through effective implementation of our Nigerian content policy and plan covering; Recruitment of Nigerians for project execution. Deliberate utilization of Nigerian labour, goods and services in Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Maintenance works. Comprehensive training and development of Nigerian personnel including effective technology transfer plan.
